Alex thought she had outrun her old life, that was until her old life came knocking... Alexandra Peake has a problem. A few, actually. First there is her ex-husband who turned up out of the blue and is currently pounding his fist against the tiny glass window of the airlock door. Then there is the fact she is trapped on the side of the door currently venting the remains of a breathable atmosphere into the vacuum of space. Plus, she really misses her cat, Tiggie. Matthias Müller has one problem - How to save his wife. PRAISE FOR A LONG WAY HOME " It’s like someone trapped you in a sleek, slightly malfunctioning spaceship with your ex, threw in unresolved feelings and zero personal space, and said, “Good luck, babe.” And honestly? I ate it up." - Ali Evers, author of Taken by the Wisps " If you're looking for something that blends the best of romance and sci-fi, and with more on the horizon, then make sure you check out A Long Way Home! (Did I mention there's some zero-G spice?" - SM Campbell, author of The Widow's Monster I loved this book. It took me back to that nostalgic feeling of being a kid & watching Star Trek: Voyager but an adult version with that nice bit of outer space spice. The sci-fi side of this was incredible. I really loved the artwork that accompanied the book as it really brought the space station to life, immersing me straight into the story & the characters’ emotions. I really enjoyed having the crew list at the start of the book & the use of the different languages within the book, it was a really fun & very clever addition. This is sci-fi, second chance vibes. There’s a little love triangle, but not really. Unlikely friendships that give a found family feeling. A life or death situation that brings certain characters clarity, & there’s definitely some ‘Oh Shit!’ moments which I loved! Even the cliffhanger leaves you wanting more. --Reviewer A LONG WAY HOME is the first instalment in the ISS Romance series, which is a series of interconnected standalones. TROPES: Second Chance Forced Proximity Lost in Space Running out of time Zero Gravity Fun PLEASE NOTE: This book is intended for readers 18+

The taking of Errant was only the beginning. Zenith and Lemma now sit upon their thrones, inexperienced in rule and burdened by crowns both have to grow into. But peace offers no lessons, and time does not wait for kings and queens to learn. When a call for aid comes from the Gorge, they must leave their thrones behind and return to the journey fate first set before them — not only as rulers, but as two of Rysand’s Generals. The Gorge is in peril. Rycore’s minions are waking, war looms across the land, and Zenith still seeks to uncover the truth behind the Rysander. As their path leads them farther from home. A choice must be made. Can all of the party continue? As a continent feels the strengthening wrath of a god, new friends will join the fray, and ancient bonds must be renewed. This time, Zenith and Lemma are not fighting for a throne. They are fighting for Apprite.
An ARC (Advance Reader Copy) is an early version of a book sent to readers before its official publication date. Authors use ARCs to gather honest reviews, build word-of-mouth buzz, and prepare for launch day. At Indie Supporters Book Nook, we connect indie authors with passionate readers who are ready to read early and share their thoughts.
Joining an ARC campaign is simple and completely free. Browse the open campaigns above, click Apply Now, and complete a short application form. If selected, you will receive the digital book and be asked to post a review on Amazon, Goodreads, or your preferred platform by the review deadline. There is no obligation to purchase — your review is the only thing we ask for in return.
Are you an indie author looking to launch your next book with a strong review base? We offer ARC management as part of our platform. Authors can submit a campaign for approval, set application windows, manage reader selection, and distribute their ebook directly through our system. Delivery to Kindle is also supported. Register as an author to get started.
Reviews are crucial for indie author visibility. Books with early review momentum rank higher in Amazon searches, attract more readers organically, and signal quality to new potential buyers. ARC readers are a vital part of the indie publishing ecosystem — they give books the social proof they need to succeed without a traditional publisher’s marketing budget. If you love supporting indie authors, becoming an ARC reader is one of the most impactful things you can do.
